I've been meaning to write and thank you so much for everything you've done for me. I am so pleased with this new loan. I couldn't be happier now that I have a 30 yr fixed loan, no more adjustable rate mortgage! Anyway, I just wanted to talk with you about moving forward with the line of credit .

Thanks so much for calling and leaving word with my wife that you had secured approval for my loan.  In case we don't get a chance to talk again, I just want to wish you well and assure you that if the good Lord grants me health and good luck, maybe in about three years we can work together again.  If I do seek another loan in the future, I will try to contact you for your help.  It has been a real pleasure working with you.
